Abstract

Gili Nanggu is a beautiful small island that located in Sekotong West Lombok Regency. Gili Nanggu has potency to further improve tourist visits in West Lombok. Aim of this research is to find alternative development strategies of tourist object Gili Nanggu in West Lombok Regency. Research process is started from analyze the internal environmental factors using the Likert’s scale. Then make the strategy formulation by SWOT analysis. The role of the government tourist office of West Lombok is as a builder, controller, and also regulation maker about tourism. While the role of community are as implementers. Such as boat services, trader, snorkeling’s equipment services, local guide, etc
