Abstract

This research discusses how the management of tourism objects see the scenery of Bukit Watu Songgong as a new tourist attraction in Nganjuk needs to be improved to attract development and management to attract tourist visits. This research method used qualitative descriptive and semi structured interview with random sampling technique, triangular data processing and documentation by using SWOT analysis. Sampling is taken from interviews with site managers post mangol kencana around and from visitors. Based on the formulationof the problem management in increasing the number of visitors, the role of government and society in managing the hill tourism destination of Watu Songgong, the authors convey for the progress include making tourism promotion, the addition of supporting facilities, increasing cooperation between human resources and local government, competent and create an annual event
