Abstract

Culinary raw material of raw fish is one of the typical cuisine of Banda Aceh City, but now there are foods made from raw fish keumamah has begun to decline. This study aims to find out the ways in which to organize and deliver food to Aceh. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection by way of work, interview, documentation and triangulation and its analysis with SWOT analysis. The results of this study are the managers, the public, the government and the private sector that participate in the promotion by using social media, making the product packaging unique and interesting, and there is no obstacle such as technology that has not been sophisticated and still not maximal.
