Abstract

The city of Blitar not only has customs and culture that are very interesting but also the typical food that is greatly appreciated by the community, namely the Rice Ampok which is one of the typical food of the city of Blitar. Ampok Rice is one of the foods made from corn substitutes for rice which is eaten with tomato sauce, boiled vegetables and salted fish, to preserve typical food for tourists visiting Blitar city, and develop innovation and creativity about the special foods that are in Blitar city
