Abstract

Museum Perjoangan Bogor is a historical museum located in Bogor, West Java. The purpose of this reseach is to know about management of Museum Perjoangan Bogor and management strategy to increase tourist visits. The type of research is qualitative descriptive. Respondent in this research are amounted to 100 people. The data collection techniques, by using observation, interview, and documentation. Based on the result of the research, it shows that management strategies is not goodm management must do promotion strategi, between online or offline. Such as pamphlet or social meida. The government also need to help the maintenance of the building’s of Perjoangan Bogor Museum. This is becauseu the museum building is a historical legacy of the independence of the Republic of Indonesia. The maintance of the building also to make tourist feel comfortable and safety. Except of the maintence, management should keep the maintence of the museum collection
