Abstract

Toba traditional clothes are traditional clothing from the Batak etins toba tribe. Ethnic toba often use it when big events, especially on traditional weddings, the fabric used is dominated by ulos, traditional batak weaving that you can now find easily. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method in which the research method that only explains or describes the research variable without looking for the fabric of other variable relationships. The government's involvement in developing Batak Toba traditional clothing was to participate actively because they also participated in developing and preserving Toba Batak traditional clothing to be even better, not outdated and always included in traditional clothing shows.
