Abstract

Development in the world of tourism carried out professionally can increase tourist visitsand improve the economy of the community. Sleman Regency has a newly developed tourist attraction, one of which is an interesting educational tour, namely Desa Sumber Rahayulocated in the village of Gamplong, Moyudan subdistrict. This tourism object is still fairly new and there are still many additional facilities and infrastructure, both supporting infrastructure for tourism activities. The research method uses qualitative methods and data analysis using SWOT analysis, where the SWOT analysis is used as a formulation of strategy problems for the identification of internal and external factors on the object under study. Gamplong natural studios that are still managed by the village community need the role of the government to be able to develop existing tourism potential and can be managed professionally so that it can bring in local and foreign tourists
