Abstract

Village tourism is one of the implementation of community based tourism concept. One of village tourism in Trenggalek Regency is Duren Sari Tourism Village. This village have been pioneered by Bappeda East Java in 2015. Research approach using descriptive qualitative research method. The subject of the research is Pokdarwis Duren Sari, Sawahan local communities, tourist, government and tourism ambassador. Data collection used questionnares, interviews and observation. Then the data reduced, displayed and making conclusion The result of the research shows that Duren Sari Viilage Tourism have various nature potentions, culture potentions and special interest potentions. This village tourism can be create to be adventure village tourism with the steps are mapping the tourism potention and maximize every tourism potension that exist, educate the member of Pokdarwis Duren Sari and the society around the turism village then do promotion strategy.
