Abstract

This research discusse abouts strategy of development Objek Wisata Gunung Mungker. Objek Wisata Gunung Mungker is the name of the new tourist attraction which has build in the District of Bantul, Yogyakarta. This place located in the middle of Pancitrejo Hamlet and Sendang Sari Hamlet, Terong Village, Subistrict of Dlingo, District of Bantul, Special Region of Yogyakarta. As a new tourist attraction in District of Bantul, need to be develop so that can attract tourist to visiting. This research used qualitative and descriptive methods. Data collected using observation techniques, interviews, documents, and questionnaires. And then the data is processed using a SWOT analysis. For interview sampling is taken from the managers, visitors, and local residents. Based on whole of the data that obtained from this research. That can used become refrence to develop the Objek Wisata Gunung Mungker in accordance with the formulation of existing problems. And that is strategy develop of tourism attraction, and efforts to increase tourist visits
