Abstract

This research aims to find alternative management of Mount Tunak Nature Tourism Park in Central Lombok Regency. The research process begins by analyzing internal and external environmental factors using Likert scale. Next establishes management issues using SWOT analysis technique. Mount Tunak Nature Tourism Park offers the beauty of natural scenery that is still beautiful and has a natural beauty and tourist attraction that is very enchanting. The role of the government of the NTB BKSDA (Natural Resources Conservation Center) as the main manager of the construction of facilities, accessibility, human resources owned is already good enough. For facilities not fully supported because it still needs to be managed and added with less facilities. For cleanliness and safety the area is good and safe. has an increase in endings every year, Visitors who come are dominated by Teenagers and domestic tourists and some foreign tourists. While the role of the community is also greatly influenced in the achievement of the tourism sector management business. Public awareness around MountTunak Nature Tourism Park to play an active role in the management and Mount Tunak Nature Park is very good in maintaining security.
