Abstract

Tourism is one of the fastest growing industries today. Indonesia has many tourism potentials ranging from natural wealth, culture and artificial tourism. Indonesian marble nature museum is a new tourist attraction with the potential of red marble rocks, where tourism is still under construction and good management is needed. The research method used is a qualitative method. The techinique of data settlement is done by interview, observation and documentation. Data processing techniquesnamely reduction ,display, concl;usion and verification. And SWOT analysis of the used data. The results of the study that the strategy used is still tradisional, there is already a pokdarwis organizational structure but is has not functioned optimally. The role of the government is actrive, and there is still a lack of participation from the community.
