Abstract
Jepara Regency has a tourist destination, namely Tirta Samudera Beach. Tirta Samudera Beach is located on Jalan Raya Tirta Samudera, Bandengan, Jepara sub-district, Jepara Regency, Central Java. Tirta Samudera Beach is a white sand beach with clear water and beautiful natural scenery. This study uses qualitative methods as research procedures that produce descriptive data by conducting interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation. This research focuses on developing tourist attractions to increase local and foreign tourist visits to Tirta Samudera Beach. The things that need to be improved by Tirta Samudera Beach include tourism promotion which is one of the important things in increasting touris visits suport by the presence of tourist attractions and other supporting aspects such as good and adequate accessibility, complate facilities for the convenience of visitors, adequate accomodations are provided for visitors. Than the managers it is also necessary to have close cooperation between the government and the community to make Tirta Samudera Beach be a superior tourist attraction in Jepara Regency.
