Abstract

Tourism is a necessity for everyone. Writing scientific articles that the authors solve about alternative tours with qualitative methods. Warm Water Baths Manggisan is a special tourist attraction located in Wonosobo. The presence of Manggisan Warm Water Baths became one of the new additions to the economy and tourism in Wonosobo city. With the existence of warm water that can cure the disease make wisata Manggisan very famous. There is still a need to improve facilities that can add to the satisfaction of tourists. The role of society is very large with the warm water baths Manggisan. However, the role of managers are still less professional to provide services, so need to socialize the character of excellent service
