Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy for developing the industrial Bangkudu Fort tourism object to increase the number of tourists in North Buton, identify internal and external environmental conditions and determine the role of managers in the development of Bangkudu Fort tourism. This study uses a qualitative method using a SWOT analysis technique. The research focuses on developing Bangkudu Fort Heritage tourism, North Buton during the covid 19 pandemic. The results showed that Bangkudu Fort tourism has tourism potential that has historical value and rich cultural resources that can be developed into a tourist attraction and supported by regulations and potential resources. capable human. However, there is a need for improvements to access that is not yet good because some roads are still very poor, the need for additional tourism support facilities and increased promotion through websites and social media.
