Abstract

This article to examine the condition of accessibility and the challenges faced in the development of tourism infrastructure at Kedung Kayang Waterfall, located in Sawangan District, Magelang Regency. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that although Kedung Kayang Waterfall offers significant natural appeal, several accessibility issues persist, including slippery and damaged paths, a lack of directional signage, and limited parking facilities. Furthermore, community involvement and government support need to be strengthened to enhance tourism infrastructure. This study recommends improving access roads, enhancing public facilities, optimizing social media promotion, and fostering collaboration between management, local communities, and government to create a safe and comfortable.
