Abstract

Taman Bunga Celosia Bandungan is one of the tourist destinations that offers various paid rides to enhance visitors’ experience and satisfaction. However, there are still complaints regarding the completeness, comfort, and attractiveness of several rides, raising questions about the extent to which these paid rides influence tourist satisfaction. This study aims to determine the significant influence of paid rides on tourist satisfaction and to identify which indicators of paid rides have the most impact in shaping such satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents using random sampling techniques. The collected data were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression, and t-test as part of hypothesis testing. The t-test results showed that the paid rides variable had a significant effect on tourist satisfaction, with a t value of 15.288 and a significance level of < 0.001, indicating that the hypothesis is accepted. These findings suggest that the more attractive and appropriate a ride is, the higher the level of tourist satisfaction. Based on the research findings, it is recommended that the management of Taman Bunga Celosia continuously improve the quality, variety, and comfort of the available rides in order to maintain attractiveness and visitor satisfaction. Furthermore, this study is also expected to contribute scientifically to the development of sustainable tourism destination management strategies.
