Abstract

This research aims to analyze the development strategy of the tourist attraction at Tanjung Berikat Beach in Central Bangka Regency after the COVID19 pandemic. Tanjung Berikat Beach has high ecotourism potential but remains underutilized. The study employs a qualitative approach with data collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. Data were analyzed using the SWOT method (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) to formulate appropriate development strategies. The findings indicate that the main strength of the destination lies in its natural beauty and local community involvement, while weaknesses include inadequate facilities and infrastructure. Opportunities come from the growing interest in nature-based tourism, while threats arise from the lack of regulations and insufficient promotional efforts. The recommended strategies include infrastructure improvement, human resource training, enhanced digital promotion, and collaboration among local communities, managers, and local government. In conclusion, a well-planned and participatory development strategy is essential to increase the competitiveness and visitor numbers of Tanjung Berikat Beach.
