Abstract

Tourism plays an important role in economic development and community welfare, including in Tulungagung Regency, East Java, which has Pacar Beach as one of the potential destinations. This beach offers uniqueness in the form of white sand, calm waves, and a waterfall that flows directly into the sea. However, the low number of tourist visits is due to the lack of promotion, facilities, and information. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method to analyze potential, obstacles, and formulate effective marketing strategies through data collection techniques, namely interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that digital promotion, strengthening branding, improving facilities, community involvement, and collaboration between parties are key strategies to develop Pacar Beach as a leading tourist destination.
