Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Facilities and Experience on Visitor Satisfaction at the Ramayana Prambanan Theater. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 100 respondents at the end of 2024. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive tests, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and t-tests. The results of the study indicate that the influence of facilities and experience has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction, with a tvalue of facilities of 3.501 and experience of 3.202 which is greater than the t-table and a significance value of facilities of 0.001 and experience of 0.002. In addition, the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.420 indicates that facilities and experience contribute 42.0% to visitor satisfaction, while 58.0% is influenced by other factors not studied. The conclusion of this study is that the influence of facilities and experience has a positive effect on the level of visitor satisfaction at the Ramayana Prambanan Theater. Therefore, Theater management is advised to continue to improve facility services in order to provide comfort, security, and a better experience for visitors. Facility improvements are also expected to support more efficient operations, attract more visitors, and improve the image and competitiveness of tourist attractions in the eyes of the public.
