Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between tourist attractions and accessibility on tourists' visit intentions to Pasar Wiguna Yogyakarta. A quantitative approach was employed to assess the extent to which these variables influence tourists' visit intentions. The sampling technique utilized was incidental sampling, and data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS with a Likert scale, and multiple linear regression analysis was applied. The findings indicate that both tourist attractions and accessibility have a significant positive impact on tourists' visit intentions. Enhancing the attractions of a tourist destination and improving accessibility to the location can increase tourists' interest in visiting. Overall, the combination of these two variables mutually supports in attracting tourists' interest, highlighting that the quality of attractions and ease of access are crucial elements in an effective tourism development strategy.
