Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of services and amenities on the level of visitor satisfaction at the Song Terus Museum located in Pacitan Regency, East Java. This museum is known as one of the educational destinations that stores various collections of archaeological and prehistoric cultural relics in the Pacitan region. The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, including t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results of the analysis showed that the service variable had a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction, with a t-value of 4.382 and a significance of 0.00. Similarly, the amenity variable had a positive and significant influence, indicated by a t-value of 5.963 and a significance of 0.00. Simultaneously, service and amenities have a significant influence on visitor satisfaction, with an F value of 126.018 and a significance of 0.00. A determination coefficient value (R²) of 0.722 indicates that 72.2% variation in visitor satisfaction can be explained by these two variables. These findings affirm the importance of efforts to improve the quality of services and amenities to increase the satisfaction of visitors to the Song Terus Museum.
