Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of tourism experience on tourist satisfaction in implementing the Labiru Tour tour package in Yogyakarta, with the background of the importance of quality tourism experience in encouraging satisfaction, customer loyalty and company competitiveness in the tourism industry. The experiential dimensions studied include entertainment, education, aesthetics, escapism, and social interaction. A quantitative approach with a survey of 102 respondents using a questionnaire was analyzed through simple linear regression with the IBM SPSS Statistics 30 tool. The results show that tourism experience has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction with a significance level of 0.028 (<0.05) and a coefficient of determination of 83.2% , while 16.8% is influenced by other variables. In conclusion, a better tourism experience increases tourist satisfaction, so it is recommended that Labiru Tour continue to improve the quality of the tourism experience through personal service, innovative activities and aesthetic destination management.
