Abstract

This study aims to identify efforts to enhance tourists' experiences at Sri Gethuk Waterfall, focusing on factors influencing their trust and satisfaction. It describes tourists' experiences through interactions with the environment, evaluations of service quality, accessibility, and facilities provided at Sri Gethuk Waterfall. Strategic recommendations are formulated based on an analysis of tourists' experiences to increase trust, satisfaction, and maintain the destination's appeal. The research was conducted quantitatively using a survey questionnaire, with data collected in February 2024 at Sri Gethuk Waterfall, Gunung Kidul Regency, Yogyakarta. The results show that the majority of respondents were female, aged 21-25, and students. Validity and reliability tests confirmed that all variables met the criteria, and the data proved normal with no multicollinearity or heteroscedasticity issues. Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that trust and satisfaction significantly impact tourists' experiences. The T-test and F-test results showed a positive influence, both partially and simultaneously. The determination coefficient (R²) of 0.59 suggests that 59% of the variance in tourists' experiences is explained by trust and satisfaction.
