Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of QRIS usage on guest trust at Hotel Berlian Malioboro. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 110 respondents who used QRIS in the most recent period of the past 4 months. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression, and t-test. The results show that QRIS usage significantly affects guest trust, with a t-value of 4.888 greater than the t-table and a significance value of 0.000. Additionally, the coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.181 indicates that QRIS usage contributes 18.1% to guest trust, while 81.9% is influenced by other factors not examined. The conclusion of this study is that QRIS usage positively affects guest trust levels at Hotel Berlian Malioboro. Therefore, hotel management is advised to continue improving QRIS-related services and educate guests about the security and benefits of using QRIS.
