Abstract

This research is designed to analyze and identify the correlation of the 4Acomponents to tourist satisfaction at the Puri Mataram tourist attraction in SlemanRegency. The research method was carried out quantitatively with a descriptiveapproach, using a closed questionnaire instrument distributed to 100 respondents through purposive sampling technique at Puri Mataram tour. With survey or questionnaire methods, systematic observation, documentation, and literaturestudy. This study involves four independent variables including attractions (X1), facilities (X2), accessibility (X3), and institutions (X4), as well as one dependent variable (Y), namely tourist satisfaction. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of IBM SPSS Statistic softwareversion 24. Based on the results of this study partially that the accessibility component (X3) there is no correlation relationship to tourist satisfaction (Y) at Puri Mataram, while other components that show a correlation relationship to tourist satisfaction(Y) at Puri Mataram are the attraction component (X1) of 0.010 < 0.05, facilities (X2) of 0.003 < 0.05, and institutions (X4) of 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion of this study on the 4A component that the component that has a very correlation relationship to tourist satisfaction is the institutional component (X4) with a value of t = 6.223 and its significance of 0.000 <0.05indicates that this variable is highly statistically significant.
