Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of attractions and facilities on visitor satisfaction. The sample in this study were visitors to Batu Karas Beach aged 20 years and over with the number of respondents being 100. The sample in this study was determined using the Yamane formula. The instrument in this study used a Likert scale. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. based on partial testing, attractions have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction. Partially, facilities have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction. While simultaneous testing between attractions and facilities on visitor satisfaction resulted in a positive and significant effect between attractions and facilities on visitor satisfaction.
