Abstract

Banyu Langit Gate or commonly abbreviated as GBL is a tourist village that uses the concept of community-based tourism (CBT) or known as community-based tourism, namely by directly involving the surrounding community. The purpose of this study is to identify the attractions that exist in the Banyu Langit Gate Tourism Village in Piyungan, Bantul based on the aspects of the 4A component of tourism consisting of attractions, accessibility, amenities and accommodation. Qualitative is a method used in this study by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation and to validate the results of the research by triangulating sources. The results of the study show that the Banyu Langit Gate Tourism Village has a 4A tourism component consisting of attractions such as views of the Serayu Opak river, canoeing and river tubing, photo spots, children's games, then there are various activities offered such as outbound, destination comparative study, makrab, camping ground, river tubing, and field trips. The accessibility is in the form of wide and easily accessible roads, and there are signs, there is easy access to the internet with wifi and tour packages. Amenities or facilities are adequate such as gazebos and seating, prayer rooms, dining areas, sinks, toilets and parking lots. Finally, there is accommodation, namely there are lodgings around tourist attractions.
