Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media, attraction, and facilities on tourists' visiting decisions at Parangkusumo Beach, Bantul. The research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 100 respondents who visited Parangkusumo Beach in September and October. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination. The results indicate that social media (variable X1) has a positive and significant effect on tourists' visiting decisions (variable Y), with a significance value of 0.024. The tourist attraction (variable X2) also shows a positive and significant influence, with a significance value of 0.000. Additionally, facilities (variable X3) have a positive and significant impact, with a significance value of 0.006. The coefficient of determination analysis reveals that the three independent variables contribute 75.7% to tourists' visiting decisions, while the remaining 24.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The conclusion of this research is that social media, attraction, and facilities simultaneously affect tourists' visiting decisions at Parangkusumo Beach. Therefore, it is recommended for destination managers to enhance promotions through social media, improve tourist attractions, and provide better facilities to increase the number of tourist visits.
