Abstract

The Sasmita Loka Museum of General Soedirman in Yogyakarta is a historical museum that used to be the official residence of General Soedirman when he served as the Commander of the People's Security Army. This study aims to determine the effect of digitalization of the Sasmita Loka Museum collection on tourist loyalty. In this study, the author used a quantitative research method with data collection through questionnaires, observation and documentation to analyze existing problems using the Slovin formula. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a sample of 100 respondents who were visitors to the Sasmita Loka Museum. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The results of this study indicate that the digitalization value (X) has a significance of 0.000, which means it is less than 0.05 and has an effect on tourist loyalty (Y), so H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted. It is recommended that the management of the Sasmita Loka Museum strengthen its digital presence through websites and social media as a means of promotion and education that is attractive and easily accessible.
