Abstract

Tourist attractions have a significant impact on the tourism industry. Goa Cemara Beach is believed to have attractions that can help the destination draw a larger. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of tourist attractions on tourists' visiting interest at Pantai Goa Cemara. Utilizing a quantitative approach, the research assesses the impact of tourist attractions on visiting interest at Goa Cemara Beach. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents and analyzed using simple regression. The findings reveal that tourist attractions have a positive and significant effect on tourists' visiting interest at Goa Cemara Beach, Bantul Regency. All tested variables were found to be valid and reliable, indicating that the measurement instruments used are consistent and accurate. The normality test shows that the data follows a normal distribution, allowing for valid linear regression analysis. The regression analysis indicates that an increase in tourist attractions will enhance tourists' visiting interest. The t-test confirms that this influence is significant. Future research is recommended to explore additional variables that may affect tourists' visiting interest beyond tourist attractions, such as accessibility, supporting facilities, tourism promotion, ticket prices, previous experiences, visitor satisfaction, and social and cultural factors.
