Abstract
This study aims to explore the role of digital marketing through social media carried out by travel agents in increasing the number of tourist visits to Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park (TNBTS). A qualitative approach was used in this study, with data collection methods in the form of in-depth interviews with travel agents and social media content analysis. The results of the study showed that social media, such as Instagram and TikTok, were used as the main platforms to promote the appeal of TNBTS through the presentation of visual content, tourist testimonials, and interesting digital campaigns. Direct interaction with the audience through comments and personal messages has also been shown to increase tourist interest in visiting. This study reveals that social media plays an important role as an effective marketing tool in supporting increased tourist visits.
