Abstract
This research was conducted to investigate the effect of service quality on repeat visit interest at Posong Nature Tourism, Temanggung Regency, Central Java. The independent variable in this research is service quality, and the dependent variable is repeat visit interest. Improving service quality is necessary to attract tourists. The approach used was descriptive quantitative with random sampling of 100 respondents taken from the tourist population. The data was obtained from observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the data analysis, the results of the research showed that there was a positive and significant influence of the service quality variable on the repeat visit interest variable at Posong Nature Tourism.
