Abstract
This study aims to analyze development strategies for the Sendang Gile Waterfall tourist attraction in North Lombok to increase tourist visits. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with SWOT analysis techniques to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that influence destination development. The analysis reveals that Sendang Gile Waterfall possesses strong natural appeal and great potential as an ecotourism destination. However, challenges remain, including limited infrastructure, low digital promotion, and environmental degradation risks due to tourist influx. Through the SWOT matrix, development strategies were formulated, including infrastructure improvement, local community empowerment, digital-based promotion, and sustainable environmental management. Collaboration between the community and government is key to realizing a competitive and sustainable tourist destination. This study offers applicable and contextual strategy recommendations to support sustainable tourism development in North Lombok.
