Abstract
This study aims to optimize the management and marketing of the Grajagan Beach tourist destination in order to increase tourist attraction and visits. The approach used includes analysis of infrastructure management and current marketing strategies. Data were collected through surveys, interviews with managers and tourists, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that there is great potential for Grajagan Beach as a tourist attraction that can be maximized through improving facility management, improving services, and implementing effective digital marketing strategies. Recommendations are given for the development of supporting tourism infrastructure and strengthening information technology-based promotions. With this optimization, it is hoped that Grajagan Beach will be able to increase tourist visits sustainably and support local economic development.
