Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of amenities and ancillary services on tourist satisfaction at the Bukit Awan Sikapuk tourist destination in Wonosobo. The research uses a descriptive quantitative method with a survey approach and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that both amenities and ancillary services have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. Amenities have a dominant influence with a regression coefficient of 0.691, while ancillary services have a coefficient of 0.441. The adjusted R square value of 0.648 indicates that 64.8% of the variation in tourist satisfaction can be explained by the two variables. These findings emphasize the importance of managing both core and supporting facilities to enhance the overall tourist experience.
