Abstract

Economic development has been significantly influenced by the tourism sector. Tourism has become an important component of human needs and lifestyles as a result of increasing well-being and progress. It has inspired millions of people to investigate the cultures and nature of various regions around the world. This study seeks to determine the influence of service and experience on tourist loyalty in Posong, Temanggung Regency. This study uses explanatory research methods with a quantitative approach. The data processing in this study was carried out with the assistance of IBM SPSS. The findings of the study prove that the Tourism Service (X1) has a significant positive effect on tourist loyalty. A Traveler's experience simultaneously does not affect traveler loyalty (Y). Service and experience affect the loyalty of Posong tourists. affects the loyalty of Posong tourists. Service and experience variables simultaneously contributed a 19.7% influence to tourist loyalty. While the remaining 80.3% was influenced by other factors. For the next researcher, it is intended to be able to make this research a reference and consider other variables such as the quality of facilities, reputation and image of the destination, price and value, and so on as variables to be studied in order to obtain varied and relevant results. Meanwhile, for the manager of Posong tourist attractions, it is intended that the findings of this study can be taken into consideration to improve tourism services and experiences in order to increase tourist loyalty.
