Abstract

Bukit Sanjaya is a tourist destination located in Boyolali Regency. It is a natural tourism site that offers scenic mountain views, including Mount Merapi and Mount Merbabu, making it a favorite spot for hiking and photography activities. This study aims to determine the influence of facilities and services on visitor satisfaction at Bukit Sanjaya Selo, Boyolali Regency. The research uses a quantitative approach through a survey method, collecting data from 100 respondents who are tourists visiting Bukit Sanjaya. The results of validity and reliability tests indicate that the research instruments are valid and reliable. All data also meet the classical assumption tests, including normality, absence of multicollinearity, and absence of heteroscedasticity. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that both facilities and services have a positive relationship with visitor satisfaction. Partially, facilities have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction (H1 accepted) with a t-value of 2.169 > 1.984 and a significance value of 0.024 < 0.05. Services, although with a t-value of 1.995 > 1.984 and a significance value of 0.037 < 0.05, are also considered to have a significant effect, thus H2 is accepted. Simultaneously, facilities and services together have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction (H3 accepted) with an Fvalue of 4.321 > 3.09 and a significance value of 0.017 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) shows that the variables of facilities and services can explain 60.1% of the variation in visitor satisfaction, while the remaining 39.9% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. Thus, facilities are the main factor influencing visitor satisfaction at Bukit Sanjaya Selo.
