Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of attractions, accessibility, facilities, and supporting services on tourist satisfaction at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Surakarta. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 85 tourists and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings show that attractions and facilities have a positive and significant impact on tourist satisfaction, with facilities being the main factor, while accessibility and supporting services have no significant impact. Collectively, these four components influence tourist satisfaction by 47.6%, while the remainder is caused by other aspects outside the scope of this study. These findings indicate that improving the quality of tourist attractions and facilities is crucial to increasing tourist satisfaction, while aspects of accessibility and supporting services still need to be considered as supporting elements of the tourist experience.
