Abstract
Innovation and Creativity Center of Gadjah Mada University (GIK UGM) is a place created to support creative and innovative activities, especially for students, this place has a lot of potential and facilities, but the number of visits from the community is still not optimal. This study aims to determine whether the destination image can affect people's interest in visiting GIK UGM. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, consisting of students and the general public, analyzed using a simple linear regression method to see the relationship between destination image and visiting interest. The results of the statistical test showed a significant effect, with a coefficient of determination of 41.8%, which means that the destination image has a fairly strong influence on visiting interest. In conclusion, in order for more people to be interested in coming to GIK UGM, managers need to maintain and improve the image of this place through attractive promotions, good service, and comfortable facilities. That way, GIK UGM can be a place that is not only interesting to visit, but also leaves a good impression on every visitor
