Abstract

We Land Sunrise View and Geopark has an area called We Land, which means shared land, covering approximately 2.5 hectares and featuring several tourist attractions, including Goa Ngesong, an outbound area, a children’s playground, a bonsai garden, natural photo spots, a collection of rare plants, and a camping or glamping area for visitors, as well as Sunrise View, which is an ideal spot for tourists to watch the sunrise. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of millennial preferences and tourist attractions on the intention to visit We Land Sunrise View and Geopark. This research uses a quantitative method with a sample size of 96 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the variables of millennial preferences, tourist attractions, and the intention to visit We Land are valid and reliable. All data are normally distributed. No multicollinearity was found in the data. There is no heteroscedasticity in the data. As for the hypothesis testing results, it was found that millennial preferences do not significantly affect the intention to visit. In the second hypothesis test, it was found that tourist attractions significantly affect the intention to visit, and in the third hypothesis test, it was found that both millennial preferences and tourist attractions significantly affect the intention to visit tourists at We Land Sunrise View and Geopark.
