Abstract

This study discusses management and development of Kampoeng Tulip. Kampoeng Tuip is the name of a tourism destination in Bandung City, West Java Provinc. This tourism destination is located at jl. Banyu Biru Blok H, No. 17 Pasir Pogor Ciwastra.The location is in the middle of Pasir Pogor Complex. As one of the tourism destination in the Eastern Bandung area, this place needs to be improved and developed to attract tourist visits.This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, data collected using observation techniques, interviews, documents, and questionnaires. Then the data is processed using a SWOT analysis, interview sampling is taken from the community, visitors, managers. Based on the SWOT analysis used by this study, it can be seen as to how the Kampoeng Tulip by knowing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats Based on the results of the research answers from the formulation of Kampoeng Tulip development problem, there is a need for further development so that Kampoeng Tulip can continue to compete with other tourist destinations, the role of the community and government is very supportive and with the role of the community and government, Kampoeng Tulip is expected to become a popular tourist attraction in Bandung
