Abstract

The Mini Town is one of the city's attractions with a 1 Ha land at Baruajak street 194, Lembang, Bandung in West Java. The Mini Town becomes tourist attraction-based education of children who are in Lembang, Bandung in West Java. The research method used is the qualitative method. While the data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, and literature studies. After the data obtained is collected then the data analysis is performed using SWOT analysis techniques. The results observation is showed that: the efforts of City Mini Managers and community involvement in managing and developing City Mini Tourism Objects were good enough, seen from complete facilities and satisfying services, already had permits or official regulations from the government, and the management was also in the planning construction of new vehicles, as well as the addition of facilities that focus on the rest area and aesthetics. For this reason, the author draws the conclusion that the strategies that can be applied in managing the City Mini Tourism Object are: Increasing the quality of employee services to tourists Optimizing existing land by building additional facilities and several new educational vehicles. Develop a rest area and strive for it so that visitors do not enjoy and can enjoy their journey even in hot weather. Adding plants to aesthetic beauty Collaborating with other parties to conceptualize tourism promotion.
