Abstract

“Akar Seribu” is a great natural tourism place in Jepara that has beauty potential of nature in the form of rubber tree, paddy fields, hills, rivers and animals rare. In “Akar Seribu” tourism the socio-cultural potential such as; “Sedekah Bumi”, “Visit Plajan”, and “Kampung Kedhok” are still preserved and supposed to be enjoyed in the future generations. “Akar Seribu” tourism development that based on ecotourism development with focused in carrying capacity, zoning, facilities which is not cause damage in the environment, attraction that focuses on local culture, and the tour packages which are based on the local wisdom. A very important role in the development of “Akar Seribu” was the society because they knew that the territory and the resulting impact will be returned to them. It can be realized such as; sweeper, animals rescue, ticketing, or supporting to the Group of conscious tour in order to advancing the tourism.
