Abstract

This research is a research on the development of coastal tourism objects. this study is about developing base-g beaches as a tourist attraction in the city of Jayapura, which uses descriptive qualitative methods using SWOT analysis. The potential of the base-g beach object is that the base-g beach object is very beautiful with its charming white sand and its sea of high seas facing the Pacific Ocean directly. This beach is also in the Heart of Jayapura City. The strategy to improve the development of base-g beach tourism objects is to explore the potential possessed by this tourism object by building attractions so that tourists can spend more time visiting the base-g beach. The role of the community in the development of base-g beach tourism objects with the management plays an inactive role.
