Abstract

Lengger culture ia ap apopular dance that is performed by people and for people, this study discusses the history of Lengger banjarwaru briefl, the process of staging lengger Banjarwaru by mentioning the elements used in the performance, as well as the existence and popularity of Lengger Banjarwaru durig the covid-19 pandemic among the people. The type of research conducted by the authoris the type of qualitative research with data collection methods, data analysis, and natural research conclusions. Lengger Banjarwaru has a fairly and good potential with the availability of human resources, good relations between human resources, and quite a lot of competitors, so this culture deserves to live and thrive in society. The shortcomings, namely regulations, security and lack of facilities, of course make the managers focus to be improved and become a fokus in preserving the Lengger Banjarwaru Culture, Cilacap regerency during the Covid-19 pandemic.
