Abstract

Wanurejo Tourism Village is a village that has quite good tourism development, in terms of available facilities and insfrastructur, it has supported Wanurejo Tourism Village to become an alternative tourism destinantion that can attract many visitors even in the era of adapting new habits as it is today. Wanurejo Tourism Village presents the natural beauty of the beautiful countryside as well as local cultural tourism that can be introduced to visitors. Wanurejo Tourism Village is an alternative tourism managed by the village conservation center and supported by local people to increase income during the Covid-19 pandemic. Observation and interviews were conduct to find out what internal and external factors influence the development process of Wanurejo Tourism Village. Knowing how to manage Wanurejo Tourism Village after the Covid-19 Pandemis attack, and knowing what strategies are used by managers and local people who work with the government to manage Wanurejo Tourism Village. The method used in the scientific article is the SWOT analysis method with data generated through observation and interview with 100 respondents at the research site. The data has been collected is then processed and examined by internal and external factors to draw conlusions in a SWOT analysis on order to analyze the weakness, strengths, opportunities, and threats that exist in Wanurejo Tourism Village. Fro, the results of observations that have been obtained SWOT analysis that Wanurejo Tourism Village has complete facilities and insfrastructur. The implementation of health protocols has been going well and accessibility is easy to reach from the city center. Human resource are sufficient and adaquete, the surrounding community woroks souvenir seller, open food stalls, and farms. Wanurejo Tourism Village ha been managed by government and local people, so it needs to be improved in terms of maintaining facilities available for the convenience of visitors.
