Abstract

This research on the Management of Igirmranak Tourism Village to increase number of visit pasca pandemic Covid-19 with the formulation of the problem of how the Government plays the role of the community, and the tourism village management strategy. This things do caused decreased number pasca global pandemic Covid-19, with this research article aimed at helping managers in managing tourism Village and attracting tourist to increase the number of visits and minimize obstacles and constraints in management. The method used in this scientific article uses the method.Qualitative whish displays descriptive sentences. Using the basil SWOT Matrix analysis technique described in this scientific article was to find several strategies that can improve the quality of management in Igirmranak tourism village, and can pull conclusion that by holding training to improve service quality by managers with specific skills, communication and holding regular Pokdarwis meeting related to improving the quality of health protocols.
