Abstract

The research focuses on identifying and analyzing the promotion and marketing strategy Inessya resort during the new normal period. The research was conducted to identify the issues that arise in the promotion and marketing strategies of Inessya resort during the new normal period and to analyze strategies that have been carried out to determine future promotion and marketing strategies at Inessya resort during the the new normal period. This study used a qualitative descriptive method which was carried out by means of data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews with Inessya resort managers and tourists as well as local communities in the local area. The results of data analysis showed that the strategy and marketing at the Inessya resort not effective enough and still packaged in a simple. The promotion and marketing model at Inessya resort is based on social media through Inessya resort's personal Instagram account and personal website networks. Future development and marketing strategy for Inessya resorts within a period of adaptation of new habits can use digital marketing utilization in industry media such as social networking sites like Facebook, Instagram, Youtube because it was instrumental in improving the promotion and marketing Inessya resort on the millennial generation and the generation Z
