Abstract

Tourism is one of the most popular industries and is one of the largest industries in the world. In the period of the Covid-19 pandemic, it certainly has a very influential on the tourism industry and in this new normal era, in the development of a tourism, it is necessary to make a strategy that is able to provide opportunities for the long term. The author has conducted research on Telaga Warna Tourism which is one of the natural tourism destinations in Dieng Village, Kejajar District, Wonosobo City, Central Java. In this study the authors used qualitative research methods. Data and information taken directly from the Telaga Warna tourist spot and the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The analysis used is SWOT. The results of this study indicate that Telaga Warna tourism has a lot of potential resulting from nature, such as the beautiful scenery in Telaga Warna because it has views between mountains in the highlands and still has fresh and beautiful air. Telaga Warna Tourism Has implemented a health program recommended by the government in applying the Covid-19 health program standard. In this Telaga Warna tourism development strategy the manager does not collaborate with the Tourism Office but the private sector that collaborates with the Natural Resources Conservation Agency (BKSDA).
