Abstract

The tourist attraction of Kitagawa Pesona Bali Park is located in the village of Sidoharjo, Wonogiri Regency, Central Java. This tourism object with various potentials is in the process of being developed. This research aims at how to develop the Kitagawa Pesona Bali park tourist attraction and the efforts made after the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, which is by means of observation and interviews with managers, communities and visitors. The technique used is using a SWOT analysis based on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that exist in the Kitagawa Pesona Bali Park tour. The results of this study can be concluded that the tourist attraction Kitagawa Pesona Bali Park which has a lot of potential is very likely to be developed in terms of tourism. The development strategy is to collaborate with various parties, add and improve facilities, and increase the tourism promotion activities of Kitagawa Pesona Bali Park
